The best way to get started is to peek at our rentals and fill out our event inquiry form. Make sure to include your Name, Event Venue and Date and what items you are interested in. Once we have your wish list, we will send you a quote and talk over availability and event details. Once your quote is finalized, we will send a contract and an invoice. We require a non-refundable 50% deposit due at the time of booking, and the rest will be due no later than 14 days in advance of your event.

There is no minimum order threshold you need to meet! You can rent as much or as little as you want. Please note that delivery fees do apply.

We are based in Amherstburg, Ontario but love to see new places! We have regular and flat rate delivery for the Windsor/ Essex County area but are more than willing to travel beyond these locations such as Chatham, Tilbury and London. Please send us an inquiry form with your location to determine availability and pricing.

Unfortunately at this time we are only offering delivery to venues. We do plan on having options for order pick up available in the near future.

We do kindly ask that you scrape and rinse all rentals so they are free of food debris and empty glasses of liquid. All items should be placed back in the containers they arrived in. Please avoid leaving any excess water in the bottom on the containers as metal pieces may rust.

It happens. We offer a 15% non-refundable damage waiver that should cover normal wear and tear and most accidents that may happen during your event. Unless a spritely gnome runs off with a box of forks, you’re probably covered!

We do not ship items due to their fragility.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, and the remainder due 14 days prior. If you cancel before 14 days, the remaining balance due will not be charged. Any event canceled inside of 14 days will be charged the full balance. If your guest count decreases after the final payment has been taken, the invoice will not be reduced or refunded.
